Dr. Darcy Metcalfe has successfully defended her dissertation titled, "Ethics of the Inheritable Genetic Modification of Human Embryos via CRISPR Technology."

Dr. Metcalfe's advisor is Dr. Diana Cates, and her dissertation committee members are: Dr. Kristy Nabhan-Warren, Dr. Bob Cargill, Dr. Jenna Supp-Montgomerie, and Dr. Scott Wilson. Darcy serves as Pastor at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Springfield, Ohio.
